Amazing experience all around. No haggle deal. Robert P. (Salesman) went above and beyond to get my daughter into her first car. When we ran into an issue with the car making a noise he was very responsive in getting us over to the technicians to have it diagnosed and fixed to ensure the vehicle was safe for use. Ended up just being a loose screw in the grill but this was fixed in a timely manner. This is actually our second purchase from Galpin Ford in the past three years. Would recommend buying a new or used vehicle here. Fair prices no pressure deals.

So bad,they made me buy the most expensive warranty andam trying to get an appointment to fix a very little issue on my maverick 2023, its been a month and they still have me and a waiting list, I just dont imagine what if it was a bigger issue,how long do I have to wait just to get an appointment.

Horrible customer service. Once you buy a car they do not assist you with any further matter. I contacted Galphin Ford North hills location to get a copy of my Sales contact for my vehicle. I spoke to a Steve Onar (Finance Manager?) who was unable to assist me and basically told me to look online for the request. I asked to speak to his manager because maybe he would be able to assist me better. Steve refused and would not provide managers name or information. I called again and was sent to a Tim's voicemail. I have left a voicemail but no call back. This to me is unacceptable buyers beware

Still have poor service. I had a bad experience here and the managers solution was to deny it ever happened. Do yourself a favor and buy from a better establishment I did!

Asked for a certain vehicle and they tried to sell me a completely different vehicle seemed kinda desperate
