Great friendly owner that works on the cars by himself. I enjoy his company while Im waiting for the work to be done. Like to mention he offers free coffee and tea to the customers.

I recently went in for a synthetic oil change. It was a last-minute appointment but Mike managed to book me in and as soon as I pulled up, he had a spot for me ready to go. When I buy things, I look at the value of the product and service, and Norwood Auto Care has definitely satisfied my expectations. I paid $90 for an oil change that'll last me 6 months. It is all about being upfront and honest when getting an estimate on your vehicle . You can be assure the owner will handle your car from start to finish with no BS! They are not the cheapest guy on the block but rest assured the problem is addressed the first time. Family owned and operated says a lot verses big garages.....ps I have been to a lot of other mechanics and issues and problems seemed to always pop up.Just DO IT right the first time!

I went there recommended by my roommate and spoke with Mike about an issue I had with the brake system that I was going to be swindled on another shop. He was honest and upfront to tell me my car showed a false code and he didn't charge me at all. Thanks Mike.
