I had been without heating for 5 years, which isn't a big deal in most of California. But when the AC went out, I needed someone dependable and fast. Others had wanted to replace the entire system when only a single part was required so I was reluctant to to have some one service the unit. I was referred to Jack who was fast, and incredibly open in the work he was doing. I was going to leave him and not bother with small talk, but he wanted to show me exactly what the issues were. That kind of transparency is rare. Within just a couple of hours, he had the entire HVAC system functioning properly again. The winter of 2023/24 may be chilly, but the warm heart of Jack will keep us comfortable for a long time! Dependable, honest, works with integrity. I HIGHLY recommend this company! These guys are phenomenal. I had another company give me a quote for replacement of my HVAC unit. The first company just gave me a quote for a new HVAC unit of the same size that I had. These guys recommended a larger unit, adding a second air intake for increased performance, and even changing the grates that I had on my vents. The new equipment is amazing! My house has never been more comfortable. They did all the work in one day and I could not be happier. 100 out of 5 stars!
