DON'T DO IT! Marketing agencies are a dime a dozen, trust me, Charles will rip you off, I had to get an attorney to get back a few thousand dollars and he's still not budging, he delivered nothing, no plan, no integration of actual marketing and or ROI and just took a "retainer." Not to be trusted.

Charles and his team completely redesigned and launched a  new website for our company, and did it in less than 90 days.  This was a very complex, challenging task as we had over 100 pages on the old site, many duplicated sections of content, and needed to create an entirely new online identity.Charles and his team often worked through weekends for us, and provided an excellent new website in record time.  He also helped us with transitioning over to HubSpot from our existing, outsourced marketing automation system.Big Presence does excellent work and Charles is always available as well.  He promptly returns phone calls and works hard to keep his commitments.  Be sure to have your goals for the site well defined and have a plan in place for how you will generate content.  If you have that, Charles and his team can move very fast to create you a new site.

I built an awesome website and had it online for over a year without getting many hits. Called Charlie and he was able to change that in less than a month. Now I'm finally seeing success, thanks to Big Presence.
