I switched my business from a local website host to Whiskercloud on the recommendation of another business owner. My website design experience was terrible and driven solely by my contribution of content, proofreading and editing, response times for issues are delayed beyond what would be considered reasonable, my SEO dropped off the cliff at the time of my transition, and currently my business website is down. My most recent explanation was that it must be a local internet issue, which is not the case. If you chose to transition to Whiskercloud for website maintenance, you not outsourcing your website maintenance and optimization, you signing up to create a distraction for yourself. Look elsewhere.

I am a veterinarian and owner of a veterinary business that subscribes to the Whiskercloud Content Premium Package. They offer unlimited updates to your website which are handled easily if it is a small task such as adding a new picture or changing text. If you ask for more complex help such as changing the layout of a page on your website, be prepared for the process to take months of back and forth with many delayed responses.
