INCREDIBLE! At first, I thought SNA Rental was too good to be true! The cost was about half of the big boys so I was certain when I arrived they would tell me the car wasnt available, or theyd try to up charge me, or the car would be an embarrassment to drive. Quite the opposite! Its the BEST car rental experience Ive ever had. They picked me up at the airport in 5-7 minutes just like they said they would. All personnel were very friendly and respectful. They had me on the road in two minutesand the car was better than some Ive rented with other mainstream rental companies. SNA Auto Rental is the only car rental company at John Wayne airport you should use and youll be supporting a small local business. I've noticed the few reviews that are not 5 stars were posted by "Local Guides" and one in particular posted by Dave Capkovitz mentions "garage" and "fast-pass" making me think he selected this car rental company by mistake: it's a small business with no garage or fast-pass or (at least not that I experienced).

I rented a car from SNA Auto Rental for 6 days in the middle of March. The car was very clean, the rates were good and they returned my deposit very quickly. My flight left at 6:45 AM so I was able to get a Lyft ride at 5:30 AM for only $10. For the amount I paid for the rental this was a very pleasant experience I will definitely rent a car again from SNA Auto Rental.
