Dave Roberts is a terrific realtor to work with. He really made our whole experience of selling our home less emotional and more exciting. Hes extremely supportive and really listened to us and offered wonderful advise and assistance in preparation from staging our home to showing and inspection through to final sale. Dave helped my husband and I to buy our primary home. He offered very effective advice and really advocated for us so that we would win the offer acceptance from the sellers. His referral to an excellent mortgage lender also helped to make for a smooth transaction. Not only did Dave help us during the escrow process, he even followed up and took care of us closing. He was a true pleasure to work with, a complete professional who goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him!

David is a knowledgeable, problem solving, creative Realtor that provides great customer service. Hes a good listener and its easy to tell he is passionate about his real estate career because hes genuinely optimistic and hard working. If he doesnt know the answer to a question, hell find out and follow up in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
