The Future of Real Estate

I recently purchased a home at an auction on the FRE website. I was a little apprehensive about making such a large purchase online but FREs event manager, Eva, was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the bidding process which gave me comfort. I would recommend the Future of Real Estate program to anyone who is interested in purchasing real estate. Most importantly, I believe I got a great deal.

During my 40+ year real estate career, I have used the auction process on numerous occasions to market and sell commercial properties thought out the USA and around the world. During this time I have used the services of numerous online auction companies including the Future of Real Estate (FRE). I find the FRE program to be different than their competitors. They arent your typical auction company. They offer a broker friendly, turn-key marketing service that includes client presentations, leading edge auction technology, advertising and closing coordination. I really like their business model. The Future of Real Estate is an amazing real estate auction company. Our office building had sat on the market for years, but thanks to their auction marketing program, we were able to sell the building in 90 days and above our current asking price! Would recommend this service to anyone looking to sell real estate, no matter the market.
