When I was in search to buy my first home Tyler was referred to me by a family friend. From the very beginning he has been so helpful and genuine with the whole process. Even when there were hiccups along the way he understood my concerns and handle the situation. Needless to say it was an amazing home buying experience and I couldn't do it without him. He is the best!

A huge Thank You to Tyler Sudman! Tyler was key in selling our home in California while we were living out of state. My husband & I believed the process would be more difficult being out of state, but Tyler made the entire process much easier than we anticipated. Tyler and his team were quick to help whenever needed and answer any questions we had with the utmost professionalism and courtesy and knowledge. If I could give more stars, I would.. Tyler & Team are 5+ all the way. Have had one of the smoothest home closings as one can have due to his powerful negotiation skills to help cover closing costs to walking me step through step on how and where our transaction was every step of the way. Sorry took so long to write a review but Tyler Sudman was our realtor Oct 2017, sold our home San juan Capistrano, he was on top of this ALL the time, pity the other agent on the buying side wasn't that good, quite a few issues, should have closed by end Oct but went into Nov, rather frustrating but Tyler was on top of this all the time, and we had already left CA Oct 17 2017 to VA now things were like oh well, but Tyler kept on this no wasn't a Million dollar home but still, great personality, understood everything, our frustrations, sure he had some too, but Keller Willams and the gang were there for us. I have worked myself in RE for many years Recep't and know what it's like to not have things go smoothly, but Tyler a friend to us and a great RE AGENT, yes can say he'll be with you all the way on buyers and sellers. Yes if you need a great agent call Tyler and Sylvia said so.
