I had an amazing experience with Saywitz Properties. In particular, Fernando Medina has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout my move-in and move-out process. His exceptional service has made my experience wonderful, and words don't even begin to describe how helpful he's been. I believe he deserves a raise for his outstanding job!

Never would I ever rent for them again!!!!!! Horrible worst place ever Barry and all the workers there are so bad!!!!! Worst place I ever live in!!!! Since I cant respond to you I will do it here I didnt leave owing money to the ur horrible company, u tried to sue me me but I had all the proof!!and won! My money back:)

5stars due to Dianah liston and Ericka Henderson. Both of these ladies have been kind and have gone above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful ! Also , apt is nice and Quiet and remodeled well. Maintenance so far has responded promptly. Thankyou Saywitz properties for renting to me .

Moved in on March 28, 2023. Diana and Beatriz made things so easy to move forward, about to re new my contract. I am very happy and pleased to have moved here it has been a great experience. Every time I have a question the response is fast and best part is the community!

I've been a tenant of Saywitz properties now going on seven years. Diana has always been patient, accommodating, and helpful through all of our leasing processes. Her assistant, Erica and herself recently have assisted my wife and I with now our second property with Saywitz. Recently, our family grew and we needed more room for the newborn. Diana and her team showed us a few properties in our price range in Costa Mesa. Ultimately finding a diamond in the rough!! A beautiful two bedroom one bath on the east side with all the amenities that we were looking for. We are so lucky to have Diana and her team on our side During these times of transition and growth for our family. I highly recommend a Saywitz property and working with Diana and Erica in your search for your property or any of your rental needs.
