My husband and I relocated for his job from Texas to California. Expecting to be there 5 years, we decided to rent a house. Balboa was the property management company the homeowner had in place and ultimately was the reason we had such a great experience during our time there. Most of my interactions were with Taylor Verbelen who always went above and beyond for us, ensuring maintenance issues were handled promptly and other issues as they arose. Taylors approachable, professional and friendly demeanor led my husband and I to have complete confidence and trust in Balboa. Unfortunately, our time there ended sooner than anticipated with my husbands job being transferred to Arizona, but Alex, Taylor and Brandon made the stressful situation of moving (again) seamless for us. I highly recommend Balboa for any of your property management and/or real estate needs!
