Great Doctor, Provided the assistance and questions I had in mind. However, haven't fully recovered still 3 weeks in yet the consultations went great and well explained at the time of the consultation . Surgery day came around everything felt at ease last thing before surgery I remember just talking to one of the staff member & before I knew it I was awake with the surgery already done. Recovery is going smooth had some issues here and there yet the assistance was phenomenal everyone there is just amazing. Definitely recommend Dr.Cruise

Had a really smooth painless gyno surgery staff was amazing got an appointment last minute and they worked with my schedule perfectly I was in and out of that place .

Dr is Cruise is the one! I had lipo/bbl 2 day post op feeling amazing! My experience from first phone call I made to pre-op, surgery and post op was just extraordinary! The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr Cruise was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the office feeling so so confident in the care I received. I would rate him a 10 if I could. Thank you again Dr Cruise and Team you guys are all so wonderful.

Took me some time to make the decision to leave a review. I made the decision to have surgery with Dr. Cruise even though I had a surgeon that did my first set of implants in my home town. After searching the web I found Dr. Cruise and thought his before and after pics looked great for breast lift and new Implants. I traveled to Cali and had the procedure. Started off great had no pain or discomfort and actually went back to work before my 3 weeks was up and I do hair. Even did laundry same weekend I had the surgery. It came time to remove the tape and replace it. When I took the tape off my skin looked very pink, I took pics and sent them in and as far as those went no concerns were mentioned. After wearing the new tape for a few days I started itching. I contacted the office and was told it was normal that I was healing. I continued to follow instructions and changed tape as needed. The itching didnt stop, I contacted the office again and Dr Cruise called in some medications. I had itching for the remainder of the time I was supposed to wear the tape, during the tape process I changed to several different kinds trying to see if it helped with the constant itching. In my last week I made the decision to not use anymore tape. After a yr of waiting for scaring to heal I was left with what looked like very large areolas due to the scars from tape allergic reaction that I had no idea I had. Also learned its only in that area. I hated the way my areolas looked. I reached out the Dr Cruise office to express this and was told I could do scar removal procedure, which cost me $750 plus travel expenses again. I didnt see this as something I should have to pay for since it wasnt diagnosed in the beginning and should have stopped the tape immediately. I have now learned this isnt that uncommon. After the second procedure I now have a small knot that I can feel right under the skin from the thread that stays in your body, which I hate to feel that! Also I didnt know before the surgery that the color wont come back to areolas and that tattooing is recommended. I had to have that done 3 times for color to look as normal as possible but its fading and I will need to do again at some point. Thats a $800 visit. After all said and done I dont love the out come. Im bigger than I wanted, my breast hang more than Id like, after a lift. The areolas still have scars with a knot under my skin which isnt normal feeling, and the tattooing hurts and doesnt last! I spent a lot of money and traveled out of state when I should have stayed in town so that the Dr could see me and address things in person. Dr Cruise was nice and the staff was nice but I felt at times my calling with this constant itching I was annoying them, there was a real issue at hand and I dont think it was addressed as it should have been. I was miserable and didnt really get what I wanted as far as size and shape. Every time I see the scars I just think how hideous.
