Getting old is rough, I wasn't happy with how my belly looked so I decided to go through with a tummy tuck. Living near the beach it is important to look good in a bathing suit and I haven't looked this good in years.

I was taken aback by the level of professionalism and kindness I received at Pacific Lipo back in January. This is my first time getting cosmetic surgery so I was very nervous, even with a somewhat less serious liposuction procedure. The way they treated me reassured me everything would be OK and sure enough all went smoothly. I love how the results turned out.

I was so nervous pre-op and the whole staff was very kind to me. I had a good experience here. I would recommend Dr. Heidi because I am pleased with my lipo results and it was way less painful than I even imagined. Thank you Dr. Heidi, Amber, the assistants and to the nurse for providing welcoming service and listening to my concerns.

Received my 360 lipo Saturday and it's now Monday and I am feeling great! Stopped taking pain medications and am helping with chores around the house. Sleeping is easy now and I'm on top of everything Dr. Heidi told me to do post op and more. They provided me with 1 compression garment as mention per consultation. I bought myself a few more and smaller sizes for when swelling goes down. I also purchased myself lipo foams, lipo boards, and that is helping tremendously. A lot of the negative complaints that I read seem to be clients not doing THEIR research with the procedures they wanted and taking extra steps to ensure the results they want and blaming others for not babysitting them. Gotta put on your big girl panties and do your work ladies! All and all I'm super pleased with my results and I'm only 48hours in. The only thing bugging me is the itchiness but I understand that's all nerves and part of healing. Posting a pic of 1 day before and almost 24 hours after.... not even a full day. Highly recommended Dr. Heidi!!

I underwent 360 liposuction and skin tightening on my belly last November, hoping for a smoother silhouette. However, one week post-op, it became evident that my left side had more fat than my right, along with unevenness in my left flank and love handle. Despite expressing my concerns to Dr. Heidi, I was reassured it was just swelling, but as the swelling subsided, the unevenness persisted, leaving me dissatisfied. Furthermore, attempts to reschedule my one-month post-op appointment went unanswered, highlighting a lack of responsiveness and care. Additionally, I was promised two compression garments post-surgery, which were never provided, leading to a frustrating experience. Given the unsatisfactory results and poor communication, I am seeking a refund.
