Westcliff Nurses Registry

Seems like a shady operation. Spoke to Dave on the phone for some information about their program and he abruptly hung up on me. Then when I tried calling back it went straight to voicemail and the mail box is full. Seems odd that the mailbox is full and this "Dave" guy hung up on me without even answering any of my questions. Not sure what kind of nursing operation this is, but I would love to speak with a higher up or someone who isn't as rude as Dave.

Westcliff Nurses was recommended by our mother's primary care physician. We needed home care for our 88 year old mother. The office was very responsive, and matched a CNA that was a nice fit for mom. S.T. was great at her caregiver duties, and also assisted mom with almost everything around the house. She prepares meals, drives mom to the grocery store, pharmacy, and doctors appointments. She also helps with medications. They take a daily walk, and really get along well. We were very pleased with S.T. and would recommend her to anyone needing this type of care. The office was great...answered all our questions/concerns, and was available even after hours. Mom is doing better, and much of the credit goes to S. We would choose Westcliff Nurses again, and highly recommend them.
