        Having visited my sister at Crystal Cove several times during her stay I give it a five star rating for service, cleanliness, and friendly staff and personnel.

        Nursing homes are all pretty much the same. The faces change but its the same. If there was a dedicated nurse for each patient room it would be ideal. When diarrhea hits its bad to have to hold it for an hour before someone comes to your room. The food is terrible- but substitutes arent bad and the kitchen is very nice about doing it. The place smells pretty good when you first come in the door and everyone is very helpful and friendly. The nurses are all very nice but definitely have their hands full with the patient to nurse ratio.
