Farmers Insurance - Tom Birkinbine

My insurance was dropped and Tom really helped me get a new policy. Tom always was looking for ways to save me money on my policy. Being in a fire zone, it was amazing I got insurance at all. Had to install a water auto shut-off valve to get new insurance.

Long story short, I had AAA for 5 years and it turned out being a nightmare of an experience. I could never get ahold of my agent, only a 1-800 number. I was referred to Toms office through a mutual friend who has been with him for a long time. I called in and spoke with Conner, and he made the entire process incredibly smooth. He took his time with my wife and I to get to know us and tailor the policy to fit our needs. I dont usually write reviews but Conner and Tom really went out of their way to take care of my wife and I and they deserve the praise. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!!
