I had just leased my unit prior to Redwood Worst purchase. They evicted everyone with plans to relocate them and agreed to pay for moving expenses etc. As soon and the tenant was out, they reneged on the deal and the tenants where on their own. All they wanted the space so they could start their illegal renovation on the 11 units all without permits. They had some $pecial agreement with the city building, and permit departments because still to this day 5 months later, no permits. All new electrical, insulation, plumbing, drywall. Flooring, plumbing and no permits, no inspection$. Currently we are blocked out with tall fences blocking both entrances and no keys to our now damaged product. Contractors working day and night with no permit$. This is how you do business with no scruples. Buyer beware when dealing with this company.

We were the only legally leased tenant this building. Redwood Worst literally squeezed us out of our 16 yr business, removing our bathroom, turning off the water, power, internet and accessibility to our business products because they want to renovate their newly acquired building. They totally, damaged all our product, things were stolen, and thought nothing but themselves. They are the lowest form of humanity. They cannot be trusted and have very low esteemed for their customers. They do NOT care about the customers. They lie to get what they want.
