Like everyone out there, I have dealt with many different insurance companies and agents over the years for my automobile insurance, home insurance, and business insurance. I've been dealing with Mr. Kim for more than 2 decades ever since he started insurance business as Farmers agent. He's been handling our automobile, homeowners, umbrella, life, and business insurance. Although I wasn't thrilled with the Farmers premium, I stayed with him for his honesty, knowledge, friendliness, and ease of contacting. Now I hear he's an independent agent representing array of reputable carriers and I can't wait to go back.
