A few months ago, the wife and I went online to look at houses for sale and ran across a real estate agent named Lauren Lawson. After seeing a few houses together, she eventually became our agent on a house in our price range. All the way to the closing date of our property her enthusiasm, knowledge and work ethic was so appreciated. I would 100% recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a home or property to sell. We were teamed up with Lauren be accident, and what a wonderful accident it was. After several years of debating with my husband about buying, we finally decided to take the jump. We found a house on Zillow that we liked and I clicked a button. I don't even remember which button, but the next thing I knew, Lauren was calling with appointment times to view the property. She wasn't available at the time we picked, but she sent over another agent, Rodney, who was happy to walk through the home with us. From that moment on, Lauren and her team were always there. Always willing to answer questions, to show us properties, and to walk us through all of the disclosures, page by page. I can't say enough great things about her and her team. We don't do quick walk-throughs. My husband and I look at everything, we ask about everything, we examine and ask tons of questions. The patience she and Rodney had for us and our never ending insecurities was admirable. She always took our calls, and always found time for us. She answered all the questions, the dumb ones and the smart ones. The more we worked together, the more I trusted her and her advice. I never felt like she was just trying to 'make the sale'. She was working for us, and with us, to find the perfect house. She never tried to pressure us into something that wasn't right for us and I felt she understood what we wanted and stayed within those parameters. When she didn't think something was right for us, she was honest about it. That kind of honesty and commitment is hard to find. I don't hesitate in recommending Lauren Lawson, Rodney, and their entire team to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home.
