Mark has a background as a CPA, and as one myself, we spoke the same language. Communication was easy and direct. Mark was the third agent we listed with, over a 3 year period. He was determined to be the last, and he accomplished that goal. Mark took the initiative to "kidnap" another agent selling a neighbors very expensive home, drag her over and show her ours. This agent eventually brought us our buyer. I would recommend Mark to anyone buying or selling property, without any hesitation.

I felt that Mark did a great job of marketing our house. however it took a long time to sell home. My only expiation for the 8 months is that he he over stated the value of our home when we first meet.
