Ive never been more dissatisfied with a product or service. For the last year I have had problems with the installation of my Snugtop at this store. From day one I had problems with door not staying closed and leaking. After a few trips to this location in an attempt to fix the door to keep it closed was advised by Snugtop manufacturer to go someplace else to get it fixed. I will add the customer service was rude and poor during this frustrating time. I had spent good money on a carpet kit and when I was trying to get the camper fixed they told me the carpet kit was my problem when I was concerned about it being compromised. The camper shell is leaking again and Im over it. These guys are the worst and should not be authorized to install campers. Totaly ruined my experience and on top of that they screwed extra holes into the bed of my truck trying to figure out how to fix their problem. Do not go here. I only gave one star to be able to write an honest and painful review of this place.

They were the most helpful of the three places that I went to and were the most reasonably priced.

Service was great. I went in with my father to ask about his truck camper shell and the manager was very kind and helpful. When he realized that my father spoke Spanish , he began speaking to him in Spanish so he could better understand. We got a good price, great service and my father was satisfied with his overall experience. Definitely recommend.

Service was ok, communication was mediocre at best, quality of installation of my roof rack was average as I could see some caulking messiness. The rack does not appear to be centered exactly and they didn't ask me where I want the crossbars positioned. I can move them myself, but they should have asked me. Finally, I have to slam the lid shut harder now then I did before. Not very pleased considering they are supposed to be an authorized dealer.
