Great customer service. I got my Ram truck liner done with Team Plus. Staff is very knowledgeable. Staff made sure every question I asked about future projects were answered very clearly and honest. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade your truck. Looking forward for future projects with the Team Plus crew.

I had them spray in a bedliner for my 2022 Ford F250 for me over a year ago. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedliner still looks great.

I would leave negative stars if possible. These guys are criminals. Be aware that reviews and photos prior to March 2024 are from the original Team Plus Bullet Liner Company. This place is under new ownership, now Francisco Cid Del Prado Rhino Linings and they ruined my brand new GMC Sierra 2500 truck. It is only 1 week old with 105 miles on it. I went in and talked with the manager Jason before scheduling my truck for a spray in liner. I was told that the liner would be perfect, that they have the best installers with years of experience and application techniques, and we both understood that I expected them to deliver on their promise. He even showed me a truck bed liner in the showroom that he claimed the installer had completed which I found out later from the current business owner, Fransisco Cid Del Prado, was a blantant lie. It was installed by the previous Team Plus business owner. After inspection, I noticed that the liner edges were jagged, peeling up, and there was over spray all over my brand new truck. It looked horrible. The installer used regular masking tape which does not have a metal wire to cut through the material. The paint on my new truck was scraped up, gouged, peeled, grinded, and razored through. They even tried to hide it by spray painting over raw metal. Jason, the salesman acknowledged that it was a mess and stated the owner and other installers with more experience would redo everything and make it right. After another full day and waste of time, it was worse. They used filler to make lines straighter which is lifting immediately. They destroyed my paint even more, got overspray everywhere and scraped my paint off to remove overspray. Jason even scandalously tried covering a huge blob of liner overspray with his hand to hide it while I was inspecting my truck. They have ruined my new $80K truck paint. I spoke with the owner of CID, Fransisco about the disaster and damage. He stated that the installer had only 3 months of experience and did not know what he was doing. The salesman, Jason stated that he had 6 years with the company. Fransisco seamed very apologetic and claimed to be embarrassed about the damage at first and stated that he would pay for the costs to correct my damaged paint. He blamed the quality control on his employees. Quality control starts with the owner. After days of my leg work and time, I got estimates from 3 professional companies all stating that the paint was ruined. Fransisco now stated that he would not pay for it. This company destroyed a brand new truck, has unethical business practices, are con men and liars. I am now stuck with this disaster and will have to waste so much more time to get it corrected and sue them in court. After looking into this company which is also CID Rhino Linings and Truck Accessories of San Marcos, I have read other reviews from customers with the exact same experiences. Do not confuse old great reviews and photos of Team Plus from this new company. They are not the same owners or installers. The new owner is Fransisco Cid Del Prado and the company is CID. They do not use Rhino Lining products but falsely advertise that they do.

Very impressed with the quality, customer service and pricing. Shoutout to Austin - he took care of me from start to finish. Setting an appointment was easy. My vehicle was done in the time frame he quoted and the finish product came out flawless. All around good company and people. Highly recommended
