Probably the VERY BEST SERVICE you can get anywhere. I had a balky heating unit and almost replaced the $300 Nest thermostat, and then another guy told me to fish a new power wire through the walls. This made no sense to me as wires do not work and then not work and work again. So I called Fountain and a very knowledgeable man found a bad $15 capacitor and that's what it needed, plus completely took apart the system and cleaned it with vacuum and garden hose, removing years of dust we were breathing. We'd never have known to do this. They came the day we called and I am pretty much stunned at how well and how fast this was handled. at a very fair price. I would never call anyone else after this.
