There phone operator service is unprofessional, rude and they need to be retrained.They are not respectful , I have a horrible experience

I scheduled my refrigerator  repair for an afternoon time. I changed my schedule so I would be home. The repairman came to our guard gate and abruptly left when the guard asked for his last name a second time. The guard just couldn't hear with all the noise and the repair man got upset and said the heck with it just open the gate and I'm out of here. His name is Bob.I understand it was a hard afternoon but if he didn't want to come and repair my refrigerator at least you could've called. I do not recommend this outfit

This is the second time I purchase a part and not only was the right one, it was also a brand quality. Now they deliver the part at home which was convenient if you can wait for the delivery.
