When my friend referred Jose Esqiuvel's Appliance Repair, I immediately called them for my dryer's issue. I made an appointment to troubleshoot the problem. Within 2 minutes, he was able to identify the problem. He told us that in two days, he will be back to fix the dryer. I due time, he replaced the needed parts with pride. He tested the equipment and it was running just like a brand new dryer. Jose is very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and families for any appliances repair. With out doubt, He will be my number one repairman for any appliances that will break from this time on. Outstanding service with affordable cost on labor!!

This company/tech was "sent" to me from WarranTech, as my dryer was overheating. He shows up on the scheduled day, on time, with a phone call prior to announce himself. So far, so good. He started taking a look at the dryer, fiddled around with it, and lastly let us know he'd have to order a part, that we could use the dryer but it was a potential fire hazard, so better do it when we're home. And that was the last we saw and heard from him. As a week went by, I called and left a message asking for a call back and status update - no response. Once more, and again, no response. We're going on three weeks now since his initial visit, and I called WarranTech for them to intervene. It turns out he closed the ticket, indicating he couldn't find an error.Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this business. If any warranty company tries to schedule this business for you, decline. Utterly unprofessional and a waste of time.

Zero stars need to be added just for this company. So unprofessional of Home Depot to hire a more unprofessional company! Been dealing with them for a month and the problem still not fixed. Dont buy from Home Depot. This company never calls back lies about the work, he doesnt even pick up the calls from Home Depot! So disappointed!
