What a wonderful staycation at Hotel Strata! Check in was easy with very gracious front desk staff. Our room was very clean with a great layout, and details that are one of a kind, from heated bathroom floors to local artwork. Breakfast is included with a wide variety of options, snacks are also offered, along with a great water bottle with a refillable filter by the front desk. Mr. Patel and his family are wonderful, so kind, and truly offer not only a great stay but a drop off shuttle within certain mileage of the area! Even though I am local, I will plan to stay again soon!

This place thought of everything. Let me begin by saying, I travel on a regular basis for my career. Thus, Im used to hotels and what they have to offer. I have NEVER stayed at a boutique hotel that was this thoughtful before. Hotel Strata has thought ahead about every single thing that could make your stay more comfortable - from heated bathroom floors, to a Nespresso machine in the room, to a bathroom mirror TV, to a bidet, to every single member of the staff asking what they can do to make your time better. Literally at breakfast this morning, we were asked proactively if wed like to stay a little later and have a late checkout. If were in the area, you can guarantee that well seek out a stay here again. You simply CANNOT do better for this price. Thank you, Hotel Strata for an absolutely incredible weekend!!!

This is my favorite hotel stay I date, and I travel for a living. The hotel is wildly clean, each room has more amenities than Ive ever experienced, and the owners & managers care more about you and your experience than any other place Ive ever been. From air purifiers (very quiet) to nespresso machines for coffee, to a bidet and then a television built in to the bathroom mirror (which my husband really appreciated during March Madness lol), I have never enjoyed a stay in a hotel more. This is a place Id recommend you stay if you need a recharge in your room because you wont want to leave. And if you like coffee/espresso, youll love the machine they have at breakfast which goes until 9:30. I always appreciate when breakfast goes past 9 so that I can relax if Im not working that day. These people genuinely care about your stay. You cannot go wrong by booking here.

The rooms are really very high quality and the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I had minor emergency (lost passport while out and about) which caused me to have to unexpectedly extend my stay without any notice. They went above and beyond to help try to locate passport as well as making rooms available and moving luggage between rooms as needed. As a result I saw 3 different rooms in the annex and can attest they were all clean and highly spec. The bed, mattress and pillows where all really comfy, and each room had reclining chairs and a desk with good desk chair. This is really good if needing to work. Free WiFi, excellent shower. The morning shuttle service (within about 6mi) is a real bonus if you are visiting without a car. The hotel serves a hot buffet breakfast which is good, but there are not too many local (walking distance) options for an evening meal unless you want to get an Uber to downtown mountain view. I would definitely book here again, though I might also book a hire car. Rooms: Very high spec, much better than I was expecting. Beds, duvet and pillows all really luxurious and so comfortable. Excellent cleanliness! Desk and chair and separate reclining comfy chairs. I stayed in 3 rooms, and all had fridges and 1 had a small kitchenette which might be useful if staying longer. Walkability: Within walking distance there are a number of fast food places (NY Pizza, Los Amigos, Poke House, In N Out Burger) which are all about what you might expect. There is a Walgreens about 10 minutes walk and an ExtraMile convenience store that is a little closer that sells beer and snacks if you need to stock your fridge up, although the hotel also sells beer and snacks at reception. Hotel Strata also has a morning shuttle service in the week that can take you to your office if it is reasonably close by.
