The Nova law Group has been a blessing for my financial situation. Zachary Tyson (attorney) is very knowledgeable and very responsive to many questions I had while going thru my bk filing. Zachary made this bankruptcy filing easy to follow as he was always available to give guidance while completing documents and financials. I was able to successfully get out of debt in a short period of time. Therefore, anyone in need of filing or considering a bankruptcy I would highly recommend Nova law group.

Zach is a great creditors attorney. Hes very knowledgeable and down to earth. Hes also an excellent communicator which I really appreciate. Ive been a private money lender for 40 years and needed to get relief from a borrower who filed BK. in San Francisco. Zach did a great job for me and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Ive worked with other attorneys before but Ive found him to be the best!

My wife and I found Nova Law Group via a Yelp search. My wife was looking for help in declaring bankruptcy, and her case was a bit complicated because she also was the owner of an LLC that had accumulated debts. We spoke with several folks over phone before deciding to work with Zach.From our first call with Zach, it was clear that he was not only very competent and thoughtful, but also had a great demeanor that helped reassure us during this difficult period.Some things that stood out to me.* Very organized and detailed.* We were never in dark and always knew what to expect and when.* Fixed price revealed upfront, and we paid exactly that amount.* He told us exactly how the process would work and the timelines.* Told us clearly what our part was and the documents we had to supply. And what his part was and things he would take care of. Reveal - He does all the heavy lifting. My wife had to just attend a 15 mins interaction with the Bankruptcy Trustee on phone. Of course she also had to provide all her statements, income tax returns etc. but never had to deal with any debtors, judge etc.He dealt with the bankruptcy in a way that had almost zero impact on our day-to-day. The biggest inconvenience was that my wife couldn't have a credit card for a couple of months, and could only use her debit card.Before, a major part of her earnings were going to service debt. She is now able to start the next chapter with a clean slate, is able to budget and plan for financial security.Thank you Zach. You were terrific. I found Nova Law Group through a yelp search. I contacted two other attorneys before deciding to go with this firm. I really liked working with Zachary Tyson he was very knowledgeable and always had an answer to my questions. I appreciate how personable and responsive he was, no question was ever too big or too small, he always had an answer for everything. He made the process so easy and did a great job at following up on everything, he also took the time to go over each document as I was signing them. We were also able to complete everything over the phone and by email. All documents were then scanned and then mailed to him directly. Even for our court hearing we were able to appear by phone due to Covid. I'm so relieved to be done with everything and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future. Thank you Zachary Tyson for providing such excellent service!!
