I had the pleasure of retaining Montgomery Pisano's services regarding a response to an appeal in a Family Law matter.Mr. Pisano helped me tremendously in putting together my response briefs, helping me to understand the the laws surrounding this, procedures, etc.He is an amazing attorney and a great person to have on your side! Montgomery Paisano concluded my divorce for me in MAY2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was responsive and always looking out for me. He recommended changes to the draft Marriage Settlement Agreement, which we accepted, and the Agreement was accepted without comment by the Family Court. Working like that during a pandemic shows commitment. I made a good choice is working with Montgomery.
