We came in search of an apartment with my family and the person in the office did not want to assist me just because I do not speak 100% English, how ugly of him and he is a Latino, terrible service, I did not miss to make an appointment to come to this place to live couple of racists

Since my stay at Park Rich Apartments, over the past years, I saw the coming in and coming out of resident mamanagers at this place.We would expect such a company as Spiker especially the live in residence manager,RAMIRO HERNANDEZ to live up and perform his duty as a residence manager And set a professional standard of himself.This Man RAMIRO HERNANDEZ strongly needs communication skills as well as being professional. More over Ramiro Hernandez if far from courteous, polite, considerate ,understanding and at the least fair to the request of his tenants, which is why he is here. This man has turned a blind eye, and has absolutely no sense or regard for apathy to the cry and the request of many tenants for the implementation of a close circuit security monitoring surveillance system, which has been denied to its very own live in residence whome have bin victimized many times over from but not limited to theft, breaks ins to storage cabinets, break-ins to vehicles outsiders mentrespassing and literally peeping in at tenants bringing into question the well-being and safety of residence and their privacy. all this has been brought to the attention of RAMIRO HERNANDEZ ( Maneger )with absolutely no regard to act on this request for safety,security,privacy and the Well Being for all at Parck Rich apartments residence The conclusion of this whole matter . . . Do Not Live Here !!!

Pros: - Ramiro is professional and honest. He responds to problems with the apartment quickly, and explains things thoroughly and simply. His office is onsite Mon-Fri. Apparently hes also a DJ. - Within easy walking distance of CVS and many grocery stores and neighborhood parks. The nearest laundromat is a very short drive. - Has a pool. I have never seen anyone use it. - The facilities are well maintained, owing to Ramiro's attentiveness. - They are pretty honest. I accidentally overpaid one of my last months rent, but they refunded me. - Located near many company workplaces. Cons: - Walls are very thin. You can hear much of what the neighbors say or do, and I assume they may hear you too. - Part of the sidewalk on Rich Ave is broken by the lawn and garden, inconveniencing walkers. - When driving you cannot take a left turn on El Camino Real to enter Rich Ave. So you have to go to the intersection and make a U-turn, which is annoying. To leave Rich Ave, you can only turn right. Its a minor inconvenience.
