I have been living here since June and it is lovely. The amenities and community are great. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, and management is extremely responsive and concerned about making sure everything is in great condition. We suspected a leak under the kitchen sink but were not sure, and Naza, the maintenance technician, came in to check that the sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher were all working and that the water was likely just a spill while doing dishes.

Greendale is a wonderful community for families. Close to good schools and plenty of shops. Staff and management have been a pleasure to work with. Living there is great, but beware of the all post move out charges they throw on you! Ridiculous. We maintained the apartment in pristine condition, as well as made upgrades like adding curtain rods etc. In the end they threw a whole bunch of charges saying damages. Totally disappointing after living there for 5+ years and regularly paying a hearty rent. Acco should know to value customers even during move out as much as they show off while some moves in early on! Your move out experience justifies this poor rating!

We appreciate the recognition of our team who is dedicated to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your home.Upon vacating, our home office provided to you an itemization statement. We appreciate your communications with us to clarify the basis of the charges. As noted, the largest charge on your account was your remainder rent for the month of August and RUBS which is the monthly charge for utility services (water, water heating, sewer, and garbage). These charges accounted for about 85% of your final billing statement. Unfortunately, when adding curtain rods and making changes to the apartment, we will need to return the apartment back to our standard move in conditions. The photos taken upon vacating shows the work that needed to be done. We do expect all residents to abide by the terms of their lease agreement. According to the lease agreement, residents will be required to return premises to the original condition at the expense of the resident if changes are made to the premises without prior written permission from Landlord.But as noted, the charges on your account were discounted as a courtesy. We appreciate you accepting the listed charges on your account and making final payment as we consider your account closed and in good standings. I hope you can enjoy the good memories of your home at Greendale Apartments. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and thank you again for your prior residency at Greendale Apartments.

Noticed there was a small leak coming from the bathroom sink. Since it was a weekend, I called the emergency line to report the leak. A live person picked up the phone, made a note of the problem, and said they would have someone come by. Within an hour, Naza, the maintenance tech came by. He wore coverings on his shoes to keep our apartment clean. He replaced the U-pipe in a few minutes, and kept everything clean. Very quick and professional service. Thank you Naza and Greendale Apartments for being responsive.

Our experience with the apartment has been very positive so far. The move-in experience was smooth. The maintenance has always been timely. Staff are responsive to inquiries as well. Overall, we enjoy this place.

I've been living here for almost 2 years. And feels good about everything in general. Location is great. Near 85/237/101. Get to Mountain View/Sunnyvale/Cupertino downtown within 15 mins. The staff, especially Jovice, are friendly and helpful. They strive hard to keep the common area clean. There's a great little pond within the community, beautiful at sunset/night time.
I'd like to call out maintenance technician, Naza. He's super friendly and helpful. Always come with full-smiling face and help out efficiently. Thank you Naza.
