        Update: went back in to buy a smart watch and the staff was completely different. Even my 12 year old son noticed how the employee did not care about his job or selling me anything. He wanted to get back in his phone watching whatever he was watching. Will not go back. I will find a different store. Mohammed was the best! I had 5 lines with 3 ported numbers and was there for quite awhile. We had a great time, the whole staff made me feel like family. They even fed me lunch because I was there all day! And BBQ tri tip. I am so happy to have att service!! Cale helped too and I had a wonderful time at the att store!!!

        We came in and worked with Sam for an entire afternoon switching our service from Verizon and getting new phones. He said he couldn't transfer any of my info, photos, game setting or data. Gave us wrong info on rates.. Just a terrible experience. We had to come back the next day and met Charlie, who was amazing. He did everything Sam couldn't do, got us all set up and outta there in an hour.
