Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Morgan Hill/San Jose Area

The room was fine but there was a very sensitive wall light switch sensor that kept making the light turn on all night whenever my son rolled over in his sleep. The light would automatically turn off again after 5 seconds but it was very hard to sleep because it would randomly turn on again whenever the sensor detected motion.

The 5 stars are for Samantha (Sam) and Ethan at the front desk. They showed me Kindness and Hospitality the way I treat guests in my home. I was raised with such kindness and raised my now adult children the same. The hour was late, I was tired, hungry, a mess, and couldnt think straight. I was treated with warmth and tenderness along with a lot of guidance. This is all I ask in any place I stay with a bed, roof, water and food. Im going to guess that the other people working there are just as wonderful. My Hats-off to the Management/Owner Team who brought on such lovely young adults into their hire to make me feel welcome, cared for and special. Thank You Samantha (Sam) and Ethan. The rooms are microsmall. But cute and clean. The suites are a little bigger with mini fridge, sink, and a pull out sofa for extra seating. The suite was more comfortable to my liking. Although, the regular room was suitable for our travel needs as well. We stayed about 4 days in total. I don't recommend traveling with children here. For the price it was convenient and close to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. There is one con. Break-ins seem to be a problem so do not leave any belonging in your vehicle. Lock it up and park it under the light or in front of the lobby.
