    Very dirty rooms, they don't vacuum the carpet, the Dirty bathroom, the sheets are not washed and none of the electronics they have in the rooms are useless.

    So we checked into our room, then upon opening the door, we noticed that the floor was dirty and then saw what I assume to be crystal meth crushed on the nightstand. I immediately brought it to their attention, so they moved us to what was supposed to be a clean room. After inspecting this room I noticed very quickly the boogers on the sheets. This hotel is disgusting. I regret booking it, but at 830 at night with 2 kids under 10, there isn't a whole lot that I can do other than hope others heed my warning. Safety: Stay in a better hotel. This feels like somewhere people come to do drugs. Very dirty.... terrible management.

    We are staying in three rooms for six nights and we have a relaxing home away from home stay which allows us to relax and get around easily to shopping in Gilroy and sightseeing in Sanf Francisco

    The only aspect of this hotel of worth is the actual cost of the room! We had a two bed room with one face cloth and one hand towel. I went to the registration desk and asked for a second set which took 10 minutes of me standing there waiting. I can understand minimizing the electric bill by not having the rooms heated when not in use, but the registration area had the breakfast room window open and the front door open creating a steady breeze which kept the hallways well chilled. The photos suggest a bright and inviting breakfast room. The 3-layer breadbox had 6 slices of bread layed out on each layer allowing each slice to equally dry out, the bananas had fruit flies, and the pre-cooked scrambled eggs were heated in the microwave and finely chopped, but the steamtable was not heated, so both the eggs and sausages were at room temperature. Unfortunately, we had booked two nights, in advance, and could not get a refund. The questions survey offers only positive choices, nothing in the poor to mediocre categories. It is a truly questionable Quality place! Rooms: The heater worked!
