        Wells Fargo is the worst bank in this country...how they stay in business is astounding...I have had many terrible experiences with this company from missing deposits, to use of my personal information being compromised. After my identity had been stolen due to the negligence of WF, I switched to a Credit Union for which I am very happy and feel secure handling my retirement income...stay away from Wells Fargo at all cost...

        It was all great at the beginning, but trying to make contact with them is horrible unless they are the ones eager to speak with you. We wanted a VA loan and received a pre-approval and then didn't get the loan for the house we wanted. After the fact, we wanted another loan from a different bank and we needed some forms from WF and they took forever to provide them. Again, same issue...they were impossible to contact.
