        This bank is terrible. Cashed a check here and they gave me a fake $100 bill and told me why did it take so long for me to find out. Horrible customer service. They will find anyway to get over on you. DONT BANK HERE.

        Terrible place, basically refused to let me withdraw my money and lied about it, said they'd put an order in and call me to let me know but just lied. Gonna just go to a different bank, if you want to withdraw a large amount of money out of your own account they wont let you.

        This branch DOES need another teller or 2. But the existing staff is all friendly and ready to help. Other reviewers blame Lupe for PNC corporate policies. Things she has no control over. As long as you have proper identification, and have a legit account, there should never be an issue.

        Setting aside limited hours, and understanding trainee doesn't familiar with systems and gives out wrong answers, it is unacceptable that senior staffers are unwilling to help at all. I'm closing my account. Bye.
