the audacity that the front office lady had to totally disrespect my grandmother by being ageist by calling her old and the b word over the phone just because she asked a simple question is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable knowing that she could say that to anyone without a problem, even Dr. was nearby and heard the whole conversation and just stood by and let it happen, if you dont want to be disrespected by an egotistical snob DO NOT GO HERE

I recently went to doctor Lim for tooth pain because my previous dentist treated me with such horrible disregard. When I called to see if this Dr. office could assist me with the pain, they scheduled me in right away close to them closing for the day. I went in thinking he was going to prescribe me with pain medication and then have me come back for a full appointment. Well, instead of him just giving me narcotics or turning me away he listened to me about being in pain and decided to preform two partial root canals and relive me from the discomfort I'd been having. I couldn't appreciate and thank a doctor so much for listening to me and treating me like a human in pain and not like I was there just wanting to get a script for narcotics. Dr. Lim was hesitant prescribing me narcotics and explained to me that there is currently a lot of abuse. However, he found a solution instead of just turning me away like the previous dentist did to me. So I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Lim and his staff to care for anyone as a patient. They work with love, compassion and professionalism.
