    I've been going here for over 30 years. Very friendly staff, painless service, all the most modern equipment, and affordable prices. Accepts my Delta Dental insurance. Recommend full heartedly. Had cap come off just now and i am sure they will squeeze me in to put it back on today.

    I "was" a patient of Dr Regans for about 20+ years.   For the most part I received decent care but I also had good insurance.  I retired in 2018 and became a cash pay patient...this is when they don't need you anymore!  No follow up calls to schedule routine cleanings or confirming appointments like before. When I did make an appointment as usual there is a turn over in staff; I can't count how many front office girls there have been over the years and the dental assistants ...same. Constant turn out very due to the intense atmosphere in that place. The only good person was the hygienist (Susan) who has since retired!  My last cleaning left me feeling as if my teeth weren't even cleaned.  I have had an on going issue with a crown Dr R put on my front teeth and every time I try to talk to him about it I get the run around. I paid 4 grand for front teeth crowns that are now crooked!  The final straw was this week. I was going to give them one more try since changing dentists isn't fun.  But as usual Renee changed my appointment to suite them. Not the patient! Their needs!  Seriously!  She straight up told me they had cancellations and needed to move my appointment because "it's not worth it for my hygienist to come in for one patient!!! This was the second time in a row she canceled my appointment literally hours before I was scheduled to go in!  She's awful and rude as hell! I don't know how this dentist has stayed in business this long .  I won't ever go back and will be curious to see what my new dentist has to say about his work and my crooked front teeth!

    Horrible customer service/office receptionist/ manager. I had a cleaning by them about a year ago. I did not have the best experience then. The hygienist was not friendly, she was rough, and bad mouthing the office/lack of technology in office. I chose not to go back because of this, as well as not doing a thorough job. The old hygentist they had for many many years was great, but no longer with them. Since then I got voicemail after voicemail asking to come back and make an appointment for a cleaning. Desperate if you ask me. Left over 8 voicemails over months span. I finally called them back and let them know I was not ready to make an appointment at the time. Then 2 weeks ago, I got a call from a receptionist there asking if I would like to come in for a cleaning. I let her know I needed to contact my insurance to see if I am due for my cleaning so it was covered. I just called back to make an apt. Receptionist put me on hold and spoke to office manager which I am assuming is Renee, then said that due to the none response, I was dismissed from office. Who does that??? I got calls and calls trying to get me back in and had the courtesy to let them know I was not ready and literally called me two weeks ago asking to make an appointment and I would check and call back! The sad thing is that my family has gone there for years and I went to this provider when I was growing up. I will never be back again!

    I started going to north Heacock dental 3 mos ago.I went in for a routine exam and cleaning and was told I needed a filling. After the filling I had cold and hot sensitivity pain for 3 months. I called the office on several occasions expressing I needed to see the DR. The office would schedule appointments and then call to cancel. Finally I called and said I needed to see the doctor right away due to excruciating pain. During my Appt I was told I needed a root canal. During my so called root canal procedure DR Reagan was cold, uncaring and offensive. He jerked my face around like it was a pingpong and thenHe stopped in the middle of the procedure and said he couldn't finish because he wanted to go to lunch. I left the office in more pain than when I arrived. I decided to look for a new dentist and when the new dentist took X-rays it was discovered that I had an infection and was prescribed antibiotics. I asked if My previous dentist could have seen the infection in the x-ray and was told YES! This man should not be practicing dentistry let alone doing root canals. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this place, they just want the co-payments! And yes the customers service is the worst I've experienced. They get 0 stars for service, 0 stars for manners and 0 stars for just plain decency.W Diane
