Dr. Shin is the best dentist I have ever had. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! I needed a crown and root canal and felt NO PAIN, not even the day after. He is so gentle when working on your teeth, and a very kind person. The dental hygienists are great as well and always have helpful advise on keeping up on dental hygiene in day to day life. I am so grateful to the team at this dental office.

Since moving here I've been trying to find dentists who have excellent bedside manner and show true concern for patients. I'm happy to report that Dr. Shin has these qualities, and more.While at other dental offices in the area the head dental practitioner saw me for only about 2-3 minutes and was adamant that I need to replace my crown soon (s/he not to be named), Dr. Shin took the whole first hour going over my paperwork, gathering data about my teeth, and asking me to explain my current dental concerns. He even threw in some well timed jokes, and with every detail about how to promote good dental health, he made me feel like family. The good news is that I had no cavities, the bad news was that I needed a deep cleaning (the next hour) but would only be charged for one quadrant ($90 and a step beyond preventative care. $60 with insurance coverage). He even talked with me about the options of night guards for teeth grinding and showed genuine concern for improving the jaw / pain discomfort.The dental hygienist had great technique but average bedside manner. Also, something may have been wrong with the water pick because I was getting water all over my face! However my teeth were good as new after her stellar work.I highly recommend Dr. Shin and his staff. They are also transparent about pricing and honest about what goes on in the treatment and in the office back end (billing, insurance etc)

I am a new patient with Dr. Shin and must say I am very pleased to have found them!From my first appointment, I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk with a beautiful smile and warm welcome! I than had the opportunity to meet Tanya. She was funny, knowledgeable and very professional. Thus far, I have had a set of x-rays, cleaning and bonding of a chipped front tooth. Dr. Shin did an AMAZING job! He matched the color perfectly with the rest of my teeth, took his time and I am soo very thankful he is my dentist. He has a great bedside manner, is warm and does excellent work!!!I feel very grateful to have this team as my dental professionals!
