Again, Richard response much like his first one which was removed by Yelp is completely non-factual and again personal attacks.1- I was a model patient who always kept my appointments while richard failed to (cancelation last minutes or trying to literally an hour before the appointment or while I'm in route to my appointment).2- I always paid my copayments on the spot in full, as a matter of fact richard received his copay in advance for the entire job he was supposed to do which he did a botched job in according to the oral surgeon who finished his work.By the way Richard doesn't enjoy a good reputation amongst his peers, when I mention his name to the oral surgeon and the dentist who finished his botched job, meh was their immediate response.3- yes, I reported Richard to both of my insurance companies and they both black listed him.3- Furthermore, I reported him to my credit card company which after investigating found that my complaint has a merit and refunded me $3000 of what I paid him.4- And yes, I reported him to California Dental Board, which found him in gross negligence.Unfortunately, according to their bylaws this is not something they can do anything about.However, (according to the letter they sent me), my complaint will stay on file and if anyone ever complains about him again they'll reopen the case and contact me.

Choosing a Dentist can be a daunting task. Finding one that brings comfort and trust is an exceptional experience. A dentist for life. Dr Bianco is that man. His staff, professionalism, expertise and understanding are not to be taken lightly. Truly top notch.
There is a rumor going around that he handles himself on the golf course admirably as well. Cant speak to that.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Bianco. I was terrified of going to the dentist. Now, I can go knowing that I will be well taken care of. He is kind and gentle, and always check with me to make sure I am doing ok. He lightens the mood by making jokes, and a little laughter goes a long way.
When I have to get a treatment that requires Novocain shots, I request nitrous because it helps me relax and not freak out. Before I found Dr. Bianco, I didn't even know that was an option.
I am so glad that I have found such a wonderful dentist. If you are nervous about dental procedures and / or Novocain shots, I highly recommend Dr. Bianco.

Dr. Richard Bianco has been my dentist for several decades now. I would never go to another dentist again. I have been to, too many! Dr Bianco saved my teeth. I now have a smile that makes me feel confident! Thanks to Dr. Bianco! He is honest, professional and cutting edge educated on the latest technology in dentistry.

Dr. Bianco is hands down THE BEST DENTIST in Monterey! I was suffering for three days from severe back molar pain and went to see a dentist in Seaside (who was absolutely terrible, he did not want to help me at all). After that bad experience, I decided to try to see Dr. Bianco and he got me in for an appointment the same day! He did a quick xray and was able to see that I had a cracked molar and promptly and painlessly extracted the molar. Within a few hours I was feeling 100 times better after the extraction, Thanks to Dr. Bianco! He is kind, compassionate, and wants to make sure that you are not in pain whatsoever. He is honest and his staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bianco and look forward to seeing him again for future dental services!
