EZ Elite Junk Removal

EZ Elite really lived up to their name!! I gave them a call about a demo job we needed cleaned up at one of our renovations and it was very easy to setup a day with them and they showed up on time, super friendly, and went above and beyond with the clean up and removing all the large pieces we would have never been able to do on our own. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them for all our future jobs!

I came across EZ Elite after a couple places rejected a clean up job that I needed. I spoke with Isaiah and he not only accepted the job but was very reassuring about getting the job done in the time frame I needed it done by. I would highly recommend EZ Elite they are professional, punctual, friendly. 10/10 would use again and 10/10 would recommend if you need the job done and the job done right!!

We are beyond satisfied! I spoke and communicated with three others companies, but it was EZ that captured our attention. Isaiah, Jasmine & Jack, are the perfect team! Isaiah, has reshaped the way I normally do business with trash hauling company. EZ is truly amazing! The team was professional, respectful, kind and devoted, we couldnt asked for anything more. The day started by me calling and asking their ETA. I didnt know I had to confirm their text, and Isaiah said, we canceled your appointment because we didnt hear back from you, and I told him that his text said, if I have questions let them know. I had no questions, therefore, EZ took my silence as if I cancelled. EZ was at another location when I called them, and Isaiah apologized for the misunderstanding and the would try and get to us in 4hours. I informed him I did not have 4hours. We hung up. In less than 10mins., Isaiah called me stating the previous customer cancelled. He confirmed EZ can go to our location in 30mins. We were elated!!! When EZ arrived, we gave the instructions and they were quick to move, organized, and clear out the area. Jasmine, kickazz!!! She was spot-on! She picked up the big items, organizing the trailer as the guys threw it to her and Jack! Jack, went wherever you pointed. He completely took care of it. The team totally cleared out and cleaned up the mess. We are beyond happy!!! EZ Elite Junk Removal is AWESOME! For future work, EZ is our go-to hauling and removing trash collection company. Love them!
