Its not often you feel compelled to review a trash and recycling company, but in this case I have to. This is the most generous La Canada family, who run their business perfectly. Every experience Ive had has been top tier since I moved here 14 years ago. And the prices are better too. The other companies are good, Nasa is great. I wouldnt use anyone else

The drivers and the customer service team are always courteous and are pretty quick even when we order last minute extra pick ups. Drivers even came back with no charge same day when our gate wasnt working upon initial pick up.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for Uncle Dave , our trusty trash truck man. He is a true gem and an absolute pleasure to work with. Uncle Dave as we have come to know him has been serving our community for years and I can confidently say that he is one of the most dependable and reliable workers we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. What really sets Uncle Dave apart is not just his work ethic, but his kindness and genuine concern for our community. He is always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it's by picking up extra trash or offering a friendly smile and wave to everyone he encounters. He has become like family to us, and our kids look forward to seeing him every week. In a world where customer service seems to be on the decline, it's refreshing to see someone like Uncle Dave who takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he serves. He goes above and beyond his duties to make sure our neighborhood is clean and welcoming, and his contributions have truly made our community a better place. Overall, I cannot recommend Uncle Dave enough. He is an asset to NASA and an exceptional individual who truly embodies what it means to provide excellent customer service. We have had the best experience using Nasa Services. They provide great customer service. Their driver in our town goes above and beyond always and the company even went out of their way to make my kids feel so special when they found out how much they love garbage trucks! They provide the service of a large company with the care of a small business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Service: Trash removal & disposal
