Zuma Insurance

Is this Agency a fraud? I don't recommend this company, be careful because I called many times I have my bond insurance with them, I have to change my company name I had a DBA I need to change to corporation, I sent with the renewal payment the new information and they didn't change I call and Michelle Davis don't call back I called  RLI   company they say I need to talk with Michael from Zuma Insurance services and sorry I will change this company they don't help us.I give you 000000 stars

This agency is a fraud be careful from them iam honestly shocked on how they can take honest hard working peoples money and think they can jusy get away with it stay away from this fraudulent agency  they use different names as agencies their definnatley a scam after doing some research looks like mark magna is behind the scenes on this scam and Michelle Lee Davis as being ceo they use other agencies like Trojan insurance services and even a escrow company called magna escrow stat far away from Zuma insurance services big time scam dont be the next victim

We recently transitioned our business insurance to Zuma, and the experience has been great. They were reasonably prices, knowledgeable and attentive. I would undoubtedly recommend them.
