Was shopping for a new policy online, I so there advertising and decided to call in, Marcel was the person who answered the phone, asked him about the policies they offer, he passed me over to Isabel, explained some of the policies they offer, I decided to make an appointment to start my insurance. After having had bad experiences with previous insurance agencies, I was pleasantly surprised to find one like this! The staff was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely attentive plus they had affordable/competitive prices too. I will definitely be coming back for my renewal.
