        Absolute nightmare with this store. I created an account to transfer existing lines to be under my name, only for there to be an unauthorized number added and the phone plans wrong. It took over 3 weeks of back and forth online, on the phone, and with another AT&T store to help me fix all the problems they created. Even going in person and talking to the manager didnt help. The other AT&T store that was actually helping me had no idea why they did what did. I wouldnt doubt if there was some fraudulent stuff going on here. Never go to this store.

        I dont understand why people write bad google reviews just to yap. Go see a therapist for that. The customer service here is always beyond my expectations . I love coming here. I had broke my phone with no way of recovering my information and the ladies here successfully got my photos and contacts transferred over. I was so glad because at Best Buy, they just gave me to run around. I recommend this type of expertise to my friends and family. Thank you so much for helping me out.

        I visited this store because my phone had not worked for 4 days and I am paying for the service. Terrible customer service! When I arrived I was ignored, no reps bothered to say "You're next" or "Please have a sit", no one acknowledged I was there. For a moment I thought I was not going to be helped by anyone. After a while someone screamed from the other side "We'll be right with you!' Great customer service, right? I waited and waited and I asked that same person when she was walking right by me: "Excuse me, do you know how much longer?" to what she replied: "I don't know, I mean we're about to close, we still will take you in but I don't know how much longer it's going to take" WHAT?, are you serious? is this how you treat your customers? I asked what her name was and without shame she said "Xaverlyn", as she kept walking away from where I was. Definitely needs more training. As for me, I'm not going back to that store unless they have more competent reps.
