Punctual and Promt service. Sean (technician) Picket6 was awesome! He was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Took him a couple minutes to troubleshoot issue. Additionally, he provided tips on how to proactively keep my system running properly.

Had our systems installed for couple weeks now and am really liking the feel of the soft water and all the good effects that come along with it. Less soap is always great too! Our reverse osmosis drinking water has been a clean drinking experience that leaves us with no more questions about the city water we used to drink. Damian Fernandez was a champ with all the info prior to install and when Samuel Crocker came out for the install he was in and out in a very professional manner. Both Sales and Install left no questions unanswered and I would recommend this AAA Kinetico Team to anyone who asks!

We had our Water Softening system installed at our home in stockton along with a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Damian Fernandez did an amazing job at explaining how the system works prior to install. He also explained what to expect for the installation process as well as necessary maintenance. The installers were fast and efficient as well! We were put on the schedule for installation very quickly and when Samuel Crocker and his team member were all finished they explained the system well and finished up the paperwork quickly. Very happy with both of our installed systems and would recommend this team to anyone who asks! Great Job AAA!
