Had a great experience with Culligan. Being on well water with very hard water, we needed something better than our old softener which really was nothing more than a water filtration system. We called and setup an appointment to meet with one of their consultants. We worked with Brenda Perry. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All questions we ask were answered. If she wasnt sure or needed a second opinion, she called the office right then to get the answers. A water sample was taken and she gave us a couple systems to pick from. Prices are very reasonable. Well below the estimate from another company. We decided on the higher priced wifi system. Pictures were taken of the location for installation purposes. We were able to reuse our uv and pre filter from our existing water system which saved us a bit of money. Around a week later the unit was installed. The install was clean and quick. We have septic so didnt want salt going into it during the back flushing of the system. Easy fix. They also can use potassium. Little higher priced than salt but has no effect on septic. Very efficient system. So far we are very pleased with this softener. Less soaps are needed for clothes washer, dishwasher and bathing. Brenda gave us a visit a month or so after install to see how its functioning and if we had any questions. She tested the water. Blue showed up quickly in her sample meaning it was soft. Highly recommend Culligan water.
