Super happy to eat lunch here in Modesto.   Feels farm house trendy from the outside and inside.  Service was great and food was tasty.  Ordered the French omelet, tacos and cauliflower with lemon pepper.  Portions were perfect and food arrived hot.  As a vegetarian it's definitely worth a return visit and an easy to access location with parking right across the street.

Fiinally tried this place and was pretty happy when I realized it was less than half an hour away from us. It's located in downtown Modesto and there was no street parking(so early in the morning too), but luckily there was a parking lot across the street. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and I love the sassy phrases as table numbers. And I love how you can find a table first and then order at the counter. We got the birria tacos, mushroom burrito, pancakes and fruit cup for the kids, blue moon latte, and a mocha. It was all so delicious. I loved the birria tacos and so glad it was available as a special when we went. The blue moon latte was good and not too sweet. The kids loved the pancakes(they were almost mochi like) and the service was so friendly. It was one guy taking orders and serving! This is the perfect place for a brunch date with a friend and so glad our kids enjoyed their food and time here too!
