Decent customer service. Cute sandwich shop. Delicious, huge sandwiches. Dirty sauce and slaw are so good. Only problem is there is hardly any meat for a sandwich costing over $17. I understand inflation but this is unfortunate because Im sure folks like myself wont be able to patronize them often. Loss, loss. Wheres the beef?

Be careful when buying some of the vegan sandwiches. The meat substitutes they use are either extremely salty or had this weird fridge-burned taste like they were almost spoiled or something. We ordered a turkey bacon sub and a roast beef with tons of onions and peppers. I forget the names of the sandwiches since they name them after famous people, but they were both perfect and hit the spot!! The vegan sloppy joe tasted very weird though and we had to throw it out. That was a rare miss for this deli they are usually very good and iv'e been coming here since they opened. The service was so slow here, my god we ordered through the app a solid THIRTY minutes before arriving and we still had to wait another quarter hour! It wasn't even lunch hour, of course they might've gotten busy but this franchise always has slow service so maybe the owner should hire an extra person to help move orders along? Just a suggestion. I really like this deli and I'm still coming back but not if I'm in a hurry!!
