Kevin is an excellent Real Estate Professional. We took over a year to find the right property and Kevin was with us every step of the way. He quickly learned our likes and dislikes and kept searching for the right property. Once we found the right house, he helped us through all of the inspections by setting everything up for us. He advised us on what to ask for and helped us negotiate a great deal with the seller. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone who needs someone to make the buying process a smooth success.

Kevin was an amazing realtor. His attention to detail kept us on track during the process. The sell of our home and the purchase of our new house had a tricky timeline. Kevin paid close attention to the timing so that we would not miss out on the opportunity to purchase a new home. Mr. Lee kept us informed of every step which made selling/purchasing a home easy. Hands down the best Realtor to work with. I have worked with Kevin many years & he is sharp in every aspect of real estate. His knowledge is broad & his attention to the details is fantastic.
