      • Former New Beginnings Patient

        This company, employee, and counselor held a percentage in contributing an insurance mistake that presented me with a bill I was not responsible for and which I pursued for almost one year long in court and won where a law firm sent them a letter to drop the bill stating the facts and an insurance experienced judge to come in between and issue facts that prevented this company from pursuing an unnecessary payment from me. The employee was let go for unknown reasons and the counselor was not much help when I presented my concern directly before the chaos followed. I DO NOT recommend this office because of my experiences stated above.
